By using TuitionHunt ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
What TuitionHunt Does
TuitionHunt is a scholarship discovery and application assistance platform. We help students find scholarships they qualify for, track deadlines, manage recommendation letters, and improve scholarship essays. We are not a lender, financial advisor, or scholarship provider.
Your Account
- You must provide accurate information in your profile
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- One account per person
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
Free and Premium Plans
TuitionHunt offers a Free plan that includes scholarship browsing, Smart Match, and basic profile features (up to 5 saved scholarships).
TuitionHunt also offers a Premium plan at the following prices:
- Monthly: $9.99 per month
- Annual: $79 per year (save 34%)
Premium features include: AI Essay Assistant, Recommendation Letter Tracker, unlimited saved scholarships, deadline email reminders, and priority support.
Free Trial
New Premium subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial ends, your payment method on file will be automatically charged the applicable plan price unless you cancel before the trial period expires.
Billing and Cancellation
- Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us
- Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period
Refund Policy
If you cancel within 48 hours of being charged (after your free trial ends or at the start of a new billing period), you may request a full refund by emailing support@tuitionhunt.com. Refund requests made after 48 hours are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Promo Codes
TuitionHunt may offer promotional codes for free or discounted Premium access. Promo codes are subject to expiration, usage limits, and other terms specified at the time of distribution. Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers and have no cash value.
Scholarship Information
We verify scholarship listings to the best of our ability but cannot guarantee accuracy, availability, or outcomes. Scholarship decisions are made by the scholarship providers, not by TuitionHunt. Always verify details on the official scholarship website before applying.
AI-Generated Content
The AI Essay Assistant provides automated feedback and suggestions. This feedback is for educational purposes only and does not guarantee acceptance or success. You are solely responsible for the content of your scholarship applications and essays.
Limitation of Liability
TuitionHunt is provided "as is." We are not liable for missed deadlines, unsuccessful applications, inaccurate scholarship information, or any damages arising from use of the Service. Use at your own discretion.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
